At Montera, the same cuisine can be discovered in two ways.
In the evenings, from Tuesday to Saturday, the chef presents a more elaborate and creative gastronomic cuisine, guided by the seasons and the freshest ingredients. At lunchtime, as well as on Sunday and Monday evenings, Montera transforms into a brasserie: a more spontaneous and generous cuisine, with the same meticulous attention to detail in every dish.

As dusk falls, Montera reveals another facet of its identity. The terraces come alive and the atmosphere becomes more intimate. Each dinner is an invitation to discover seasonal gourmet cuisine, driven by the flavor of the ingredients, in a setting where time seems to slow down. The Lily Bar extends the Rosemary experience in an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere. Settle into the lounge areas or by the pool to enjoy a signature cocktail, a glass of champagne, or a carefully selected glass of wine. At any time of day or into the evening, these spaces invite you to enjoy the tranquility and the light.

Every morning, the Rosemary's glass-roofed atrium welcomes breakfast in natural light, with the garden as a backdrop. A peaceful atmosphere to start the day with fresh, seasonal produce, pastries, fruit, juices, and hot drinks, in the heart of our 5-star hotel in Bastia.
In the morning (7am - 10:30am), Monday to Sunday.
