At Montera, our cuisine can be discovered in two ways.
In the evenings, from Tuesday to Saturday, the chef creates a more elaborate and creative gastronomic cuisine, guided by the seasons and the products.
At lunchtime, as well as on Sunday and Monday evenings, Montera switches to brasserie mode: a more spontaneous and generous cuisine, with the same attention always paid to what ends up on the plate.
