1. Total cancellation
1.1. Cancellation Fee Schedule

1 night 24 hours before arrival, 1 night charged
2 nights booked 24 hours before arrival: 2 nights charged
2. No-show
In case of no-show, the same conditions as for total cancellation apply.
3. Partial cancellation / modification
Any reduction in stay may result in:
• a price review,
• a reassessment of the amount due,
• the application of the cancellation conditions corresponding to the new duration.
The modifications are subject to availability.
4. Early departure
4.1. Schedule of early departure fees
Length of stay, required timeframe, applicable fees
1 to 4 nights, 1 day before noon, first night
5. Non-refundable conditions
Reservations are non-cancellable, non-modifiable, and non-refundable:
• are 100% prepaid,
• do not give rise to any refund,
• cannot be modified.
No refunds will be issued for this type of reservation.
6. Specific OTA conditions (Booking,
Expedia, GDS)
Bookings made through an OTA are strictly subject to the fare conditions
selected on the platform.
6.1. Applicable Principles
• Cancellation and prepayment conditions are those of the OTA.
• Any changes must be made directly via the OTA.
• The hotel cannot modify or cancel an OTA reservation.
• In case of no-show or early departure, OTA conditions apply.
• The bank card must be valid; an invalid card may result in cancellation
automatic via OTA.
• Additional services (breakfast, spa, parking, etc.) are paid directly to
the hotel.
7. Complaints
Any claim relating to a cancellation, modification or invoicing must be addressed by
written within 30 days of the departure date.
8. Applicable Law
These policies are governed by French law and are incorporated into the Terms and Conditions.

offered by the Rosemary Hotel Bastia, a 5-star establishment including:
• Accommodation,
• catering,
• ancillary services,
• wellness services,
• medium and long-term stays.
The reservation becomes firm and final once the conditions of paragraph "
Payment terms – Guarantees – Penalties have been respected.
2. No right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the services

4.6. Tourist tax & environmental contribution
The tourist tax is collected on behalf of the municipality of Bastia.
An environmental contribution may be applied according to local regulations.
An Eco Recycling contribution can be collected for the preservation of the environment.
7. Payment Terms – Guarantees – Penalties
7.1. Short stay (1 to 4 nights)
• Guarantee: pre-authorization corresponding to the first night
• Payment: 50% upon booking and the balance 24 hours before arrival
